As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall success of the development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to residents
- Organise activities and events to enhance the resident experience
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless operations
- Complete health and safety checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and other team members as needed
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
