About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall success of the development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to residents
  • Organise activities and events to enhance the resident experience
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless operations
  • Complete health and safety checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and other team members as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
