About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent administration skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating activities, and providing a first-class service to our residents.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and has a love of people. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Home Owners
  • Manage the maintenance of the property
  • Coordinate activities and events
  • Administer the site and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
