About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential lodge, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate activities and events to enhance the resident experience and promote a sense of community.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to residents.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring the lodge meets all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
