{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, and ensuring the overall success of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a high level of customer service to Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
* Organize activities and events for Home Owners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
* Maintain accurate records and reports, using Microsoft Office applications
* Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Lodge

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retirement living or social housing
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of customers
* Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
