About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their lives are made easier.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our residents, providing support and guidance on a range of matters. You will work closely with our Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the development, managing maintenance and repairs, and coordinating activities and events for our residents.

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

About You

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and suppliers. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also have experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, and be able to administer the maintenance of the site, including scheduling repairs and managing contractors.
