About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating events.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance the quality of life for residents, including social activities, wellness initiatives, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including area managers, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retirement living or social housing.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high level of service to residents.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
