About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent administration skills, and a background in customer service. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, co-ordinating activities, and providing a first-class service to our Home Owners.

This is a varied and interesting role that requires a high level of organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be working closely with our Area Manager, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the Lodge.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and has a love of people. You will be able to work independently, using your own initiative, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a similar role, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services, would be an advantage. You will also need to be computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
