About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent administration skills, and a background in customer service. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, including organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, and providing a first-class service to our residents.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and has a strong sense of community. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, and internal colleagues.

About You

We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong background in administration, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

You will be responsible for supporting the organization of events, administering the maintenance of the site, and providing a high level of customer service to our residents. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative to resolve issues and make decisions.
