Role Overview:

Location: Morden Salary: £29,386.99 per annum Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Additional Benefits offered by SUEZ Note: This position is referred to internally as Customer Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will assist the Regional Customer Hub in delivering outstanding service to our existing clientele.

Your duties will include onboarding new clients and serving as the primary contact for inquiries via phone and email, addressing general requests, resolving issues, and conducting account reviews as necessary.

Our goal is to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for all customers, keeping them informed, engaged, and fostering proactive relationships.

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in administration, with a proven ability to foster positive customer relationships while managing expectations Efficiently resolving customer issues while actively promoting loyalty through account assessments and retention of existing clients A collaborative team player, capable of being adaptable and providing support to colleagues as needed
