AJ Chambers is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their team. As a leading law firm, they provide expert legal advice and services to private and commercial clients. The firm values traditional principles while delivering efficient and effective legal advice to ensure clients receive the expert guidance they need.

**Role Overview**

AJ Chambers is looking for a full-time Residential Conveyancer to handle daily tasks related to property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, communicating with clients, preparing legal documents, and addressing any legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage sales and purchases of properties
• Handle new builds, re-mortgages, and other property transactions
• Work with registered and unregistered properties, including Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes
• Liaise with clients and external professionals to ensure smooth transactions

**Requirements**

• Newly qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of conveyancing
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines and department billing targets
• Desire for professional development and growth

**Working Environment**

The successful candidate will work in a standalone capacity in this office, with close support from a Partner and a Paralegal based in another office. The team is committed to providing exceptional client service and is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join their team.
