Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling daily tasks related to property transactions, ensuring legal compliance
  • Communicating with clients and preparing legal documents
  • Addressing any legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process
  • Liaising with clients and external professionals

Requirements

  • Newly qualified solicitors, legal executives, and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
  • Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Technical proficiency in all aspects of conveyancing
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines and department billing targets
  • Desire for professional development

The successful candidate will work in a standalone capacity in this office, closely alongside 1 Partner and 1 Paralegal. They will have the support of both, with a view to bringing in a Paralegal to this office once the fee-earner is in place.
