This role involves working closely with the HR Data Systems Team, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices, as well as experience with technology platforms relevant to the service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand the data and SuccessFactors processes, including the impact of data changes, anomalies, and their resolution.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet business requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of other service streams or functions that use HR data and how this data is interpreted or affects outcomes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to governance and control protocols for all incoming and outgoing data.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Data Quality principles and best practices.
  • A level of familiarity with technology platforms relevant to the service area.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Working knowledge of governance and control frameworks.
  • Sound understanding of data protection and document retention policies.
