About the Role

The HR Officer will provide support to HR Business Partners with a wide range of generalist duties, including HR casework, employee relations, organisational change, and information management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners with HR casework, employee relations, and organisational change.
  • Provide advice and support on the application of the Council's HR policies, procedures, terms, and conditions.
  • Build positive working relationships with managers across the organisation.
  • Maintain appropriate records, systems, and information in line with relevant Data Protection legislation.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this.
