About the Role

The HR Officer will support HR Business Partners with a range of generalist duties including HR casework, employee relations, organisational change, information management and more.

About You

  • You will be able to demonstrate a track record of applying relevant employment law knowledge and HR best practice to support managers.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to present key HR information clearly and concisely.
  • You will be proactive, with a can-do attitude and experience of engaging and working in partnership with a range of stakeholders.
  • You will have relevant HR experience, preferably in a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.
  • You will be able to maintain accurate records, systems and information in line with relevant Data Protection legislation.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
