Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our operational management team, line managers, and recruitment team. Your primary focus will be on guiding management on employee relations and performance management, while also supporting senior managers with implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Support the operational management team, line managers, and recruitment team with day-to-day HR operations and duties.

  • Guide management on employee relations and performance management.

  • Support senior managers with implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures.

  • Work closely with the internal recruiter to ensure seamless onboarding of new employees.

  • Implement programs to improve the employee experience of the organisation as a workplace.

  • Support senior managers with implementing new systems within the business.

  • Handle ER case work, including complaints, investigations, disciplinary procedures, and exit interviews.

  • Assist with salary negotiations and issues related to employment laws.

  • Oversee the administrator to compile and update employee records.

  • Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.



Requirements:



We are looking for a highly experienced HR Generalist/Advisor with a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a professional setting within a HR Generalist capacity. You should have sound knowledge and experience of disciplinary proceedings, investigations, meetings, and current employment law. A minimum of CIPD level 3 is required for this role.
