About the Opportunity

We're seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our high-performing HR Shared Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep employee HR files up to date.
  • Carry out aspects of administration for the HR Life Cycle.
  • Liaise with the payroll team to process all changes prior to the payroll deadlines.
  • Provide professional support for HR telephone or email queries.
  • Monitor the HR Shared Services inbox.
  • Update the HRIS for all aspects of the HR Life Cycle.
  • Organise and administrate company benefits.
  • Support the HR Team with communications to the businesses.
  • Update and maintain Group HR documents.
  • Support the team with initiation and delivery of Group HR Projects.
  • Support the administration of Learning and Development events.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of HR and Payroll System and tools.
  • Monitor key metrics to measure progress of Employee Strategy delivery.

  • Practical understanding and experience of key HR processes and practices.
