Agility Resourcing is seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support the company's growth and alleviate the workload on the HR staff. The successful applicant will work closely with the HR and line managers to coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a steady supply of talent for the business.

  • Develop and manage job postings to attract top candidates for various roles
  • Coordinate interviews with applicants, liaising with the HR manager and Advisor to move successful candidates through the selection process
  • Distribute essential documents to applicants and ensure all necessary information is shared with the administration team
  • Coordinate training and inductions for new staff to ensure they are properly prepared to start their roles within a set timeframe
  • Liaise with line managers and the HR staff to assess operational requirements and adjust the recruitment strategy accordingly

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR or an office environment, preferably for at least 1 year
  • Previous experience with job posting boards and hiring platforms is desirable
  • A driven individual who thrives on seeing the direct impact of their work in the business
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with people to establish working relationships
