Job Title: Land Manager

Eric Wright Group is seeking an experienced Land Manager to join our team. As a key member of our residential development team, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land for residential development, as well as having knowledge of housing building, planning policy, and process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and acquire land for residential development
  • Have knowledge of housing building, planning policy, and process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential development opportunities
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in land acquisition in the residential development sector
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of land appraisals and financial viability assessments
  • Knowledge of planning policy and process
  • Strong commercial, numeracy, report writing, and data analysis skills
  • IT proficiency (including MS Excel), project management, and presentation skills
  • A relevant degree
