Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our sales team as Acquisition Business Development Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective customers, delivering excellent service, and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

About the Job:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate our products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and other relevant data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services.
  • Deliver excellent service and meet sales targets.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills.

Requirements:

  • A UK driving license with no more than 8 points.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, winning attitude and self-motivation to hit sales targets.
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle objections.
  • Resilience to deal with rejections and a willingness to learn and improve.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000-£45,000 per year.
