We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to become part of our team.
In this role, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line support as a member of our IT Service Desk, while also overseeing our systems, software, and infrastructure to ensure a professional and efficient service. You will assist both onsite personnel and remote users through remote access tools and provide initial support for client-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering 1st and 2nd line support and escalating issues to 3rd line support when necessary, collaborating effectively within the Service Desk team.
- Managing incoming requests through the ticketing system, categorizing and logging issues appropriately, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and completing tickets within the designated timeframe.
- Proactively troubleshooting problems to provide resolutions for end users.
- Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills while assisting users in a professional and approachable manner, demonstrating empathy towards user concerns.
- Supporting IT services across the organization and multiple remote worker locations.
- Assisting the broader IT & Change team with ongoing IT initiatives and projects.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A foundational knowledge of technology, including Windows 10, Citrix/VDI, Microsoft O365, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD/Active Directory, and Exchange.
- An understanding of key components of IT infrastructure, such as networking, telephony, operating systems, application servers, firewalls, and mobile devices.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk roles is advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a talent for building rapport and understanding end user needs.
- The capability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively, adhering to time and resource constraints.
