Location: London based/hybrid with regular travel

Salary: £80K to £90K

We are a leading facilities management company, expanding our Immigration & Justice sector, and seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of People to lead our people strategy and support our ambitious growth plans.

About the Role:

As the Head of People for the Immigration & Justice sector, you will report to the Chief People Officer and have a dotted line to the People Director of the Communities Division. You will partner with the Managing Director of Immigration & Justice to cultivate a transparent, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services and support
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, talent management, and organizational development
  • Manage and drive HR projects, including TUPE regulations and change management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in a senior HR role within the Immigration and/or Justice sectors
  • Strong track record in managing and driving HR strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Comprehensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
  • Commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely people insights
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of TUPE regulations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent personal organisation skills

Desirable:

  • Degree and CIPD qualification
  • Ability to travel and a clean driving licence
