About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at Dingo Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our storage solutions to customers and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote rentals of storage units and other options available to customers
  • Work to targets to increase revenue within the store
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
  • Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Knowledge of self-storage and its benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
