Job Summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (desirable).
