About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
