Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Damia Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the MSP sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our client base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with our technical team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage a pipeline of net new business opportunities and deliver regular sales reports
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
Requirements:
- 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of business growth and revenue generation
- Sound understanding of the MSP sector and the services we offer
- Ability to build and deliver a pipeline of net new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
What We Offer:
