Role Overview: VF Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Consultant fluent in Swedish to enhance our Customer Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Consultant, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will serve as their main point of contact through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your role will include:

  • Engaging with customers via telephone, email, and online platforms to provide outstanding assistance
  • Establishing rapport with customers to address inquiries regarding orders, product details, delivery tracking, returns, sizing, and quality concerns
  • Discussing new product offerings and managing multiple tasks to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes to boost sales, brand loyalty, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Updating our digital systems and collaborating with marketing, retail, and other departments to further elevate customer service quality.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
  • A strong customer-centric approach to achieve optimal outcomes for both customers and the organization
  • Adaptability to meet the evolving needs and deadlines of the business
  • Capability to work within service metrics and KPIs in a performance-driven environment.
