About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Page Personnel Finance as a Customer Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective communication and support to customers, understanding their individual circumstances and agreeing on suitable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements when interacting with customers.
  • Support customers through challenging and sensitive situations, taking into account any vulnerabilities that may be present.
  • Use your judgment to assess the right outcome for the customer and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • An excellent verbal communicator with a passion for delivering great customer service.
  • A natural problem solver focused on getting the right outcomes for customers.
  • Ability to empathize with customers who may be experiencing difficult times.
  • Proactive about your own learning and development, with a high level of resiliency to deal with challenging situations.

What We Offer:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30, 11:00 to 19:30, 11:30 to 20:00. Every Saturday, with Sunday off and an additional set day off during the week.
