Key Responsibilities
- Engage in effective and empathetic conversations with customers to understand their individual circumstances and needs.
- Work collaboratively with customers to agree on suitable solutions that meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and Capital One policies to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
- Remain customer-focused and prioritize their needs in every decision.
- Support customers through sensitive and challenging situations, taking into account any vulnerabilities or special circumstances.
- Signpost customers to additional support resources and services when necessary.
- Use your judgment to assess the best outcome for each customer and provide tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For

- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with integrity and a commitment to treating customers and colleagues with respect.
- First-hand experience in the finance industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and advocacy.
