About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Page Personnel Finance as a Customer Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective communication and support to customers, understanding their individual circumstances and agreeing on suitable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements when interacting with customers.
- Support customers through challenging and sensitive situations, taking into account any vulnerabilities that may be present.
- Use your judgment to assess the right outcome for the customer and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- An excellent verbal communicator with a passion for delivering great customer service.
- A natural problem solver focused on getting the right outcomes for customers.
- Ability to empathize with customers who may be experiencing difficult times.
- Proactive about your own learning and development, with a high level of resiliency to deal with challenging situations.
What We Offer:
- An excellent benefits package, including 25 days paid holiday + bank holidays.
- The opportunity to work mainly from home after the initial 12-week training period.
- A temp-to-perm role with clear opportunities for career progression.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30, 11:00 to 19:30, 11:30 to 20:00. Every Saturday, with Sunday off and an additional set day off during the week.
