About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Claremont. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with potential partners, actively seeking new business opportunities, and achieving set monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with a wide portfolio of potential partners to fulfill business needs through regular contact.
  • New Business Opportunities: Actively seek new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and identify potential partnerships that align with Claremont's business objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set monthly targets, and provide regular pipeline updates to the management team.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate records of specific project activity and provide timely and consistent data using Claremont's CRM systems.
  • Networking and Representation: Attend networking events and other promotional opportunities to maintain a professional and credible profile on behalf of Claremont.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Background: A proven sales background within the construction sector, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and set KPIs.
  • Excellent Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Goal-Oriented: A goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to achieve results and meet targets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Confident and Outgoing: A confident and outgoing individual, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel to client meetings and networking events.
