We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our retail team in Warrington. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a business-savvy individual with a passion for coaching and developing others to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to create and execute business plans, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets. You will also be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and store operations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of sales associates
  • Strong business planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
