Role Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Advisor to join our Global Liquidity team. This team operates within Payment Operations and collaborates with colleagues across different locations. The role provides a unique opportunity to engage with various business partners and is responsible for establishing diverse Liquidity Structures on our Global Liquidity Platform and Global Banking System (GBS).

Location Insights:

Our office is located in a vibrant area known for its green spaces and excellent commuting options, with quick access to central locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Internal Business Partners, including Servicing & Fulfilment.
  • Implement interest rate updates as necessary.
  • Identify, investigate, escalate, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage daily reporting and related manual entries in GBS.
  • Monitor sweeping alerts and escalate issues when needed.
  • Assist with end-of-day processes.
  • Support various projects and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the GBS system.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • A team-oriented mindset, enthusiasm, and dedication are advantageous.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and adapt is beneficial.
