About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team at Gopuff. As a key member of our Site leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring high operational standards at our Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) to deliver timely and accurate service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead the warehouse team during your shift, demonstrating a strong work ethic and setting a positive example for your colleagues.
  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items on a per-order basis for dispatch to customers, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Delivery Partner Management: Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Goods Inbound: Receive product from vendors, verifying physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock products, and managing waste and compliance with our partnership with TooGoodToGo.
  • Warehouse Management: Ensure the warehouse is compliant, clean, organized, and aligned with Operating Standards.
  • Health and Safety: Support Onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
  • General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
