About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at WAGAMAMA LIMITED. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant team and driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a restaurant team with positive behavior and actions, driving performance and excellence in customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including labor management and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and quality control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role, with a strong track record of success in restaurant management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
