Overview: Gopuff is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operations Specialists to become integral members of our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, these specialists are vital to our mission, embodying qualities such as determination, positivity, and a passion for overcoming challenges. Your role will encompass a variety of warehouse tasks including sorting, packaging, receiving inventory, and collaborating with our delivery personnel. Customers rely on Gopuff for their essential needs at any hour, and we are building a team of innovative thinkers and proactive individuals ready to transform the retail landscape.Your Responsibilities:
  • Sort and package products for customer delivery
  • Receive shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy in counts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Manage inventory and restock items from canceled orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
  • Oversee waste management and spoilage through adherence to FIFO protocols
  • Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock products
Your Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work flexible hours, particularly during peak times
  • Familiarity with basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
  • Capability to lift up to 20lbs repeatedly
