Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Operations Manager to oversee the operational management of our breakfast and after-school clubs in the borough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered in line with company and Ofsted quality requirements, and to achieve business performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational management of breakfast and after-school clubs, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to children and families.
  • Directly line-manage up to 4 other childcare leaders within the borough, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the success of the team.
  • Develop and implement effective planning and time management strategies to achieve business performance targets.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other agency professionals to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of childcare leaders to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Ofsted requirements.

Requirements

  • Level 3 or above childcare qualification.
  • Proven experience in childcare operations management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Basic IT and administration skills.
