About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to lead a team of childcare leaders and manage the day-to-day operations of our clubs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered in a safe and effective manner, and that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare leaders to deliver high-quality services
  • Oversee the operational management of breakfast and after-school clubs
  • Ensure compliance with company and Ofsted quality requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A level 3 or above childcare qualification
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other agency professionals
  • Basic IT and administration skills
