Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Area Supervisor to oversee the operational management of our breakfast and after-school clubs in Bromley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare leaders to deliver exceptional services to children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure the smooth running of our clubs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business performance targets and improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company and Ofsted quality requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our services.

Requirements

  • Level 3 or above childcare qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other agency professionals.
  • Basic IT and administration skills.
