Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of childcare leaders to deliver high-quality services to children and families.
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to achieve business performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and other agency professionals to promote our services and achieve business objectives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff to deliver efficient and effective services.
- Level 3 or above childcare qualification.
- Proven experience in childcare management or a related field.
