Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the breakfast and after school clubs, ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Lead and develop a team of childcare leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure that services are integrated and delivered effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the clubs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 or above childcare qualification.
  • Proven experience of managing a team and delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT and administration skills.
