We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cash Management Advisor to join our Global Technology & Operations division in Bromley. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our corporate clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and resolution of product-related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support to corporate clients, resolving product-related issues and queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure the success of client support issues assigned to the Senior Cash Management Advisor.
- Collaborate with sales, product, implementation, client services, and operations departments to deliver exceptional client service.
- Broaden skills and cross-train to support the Bank's online platform and provide client support on electronic cash management products.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks with varying time constraints.
- Significant experience in application support, with knowledge of internet technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot browser-related issues.
- Problem-solving nature and analytical mind to perform end-to-end investigations.
- Knowledge/experience of CSV and/or XML file formatting.
- Knowledge/experience with payment formatting support.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a bonus.
