Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Tenants and Landlords: You will be the primary point of contact for our tenants and landlords, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Managing Tenant Enquiries and Maintenance Issues: You will be responsible for resolving and managing tenant enquiries and maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinating Repairs and Maintenance: You will work with contractors to arrange for repairs and maintenance to be carried out, ensuring that our properties are always in good condition.
  • Updating CRM System: You will be responsible for accurately updating our CRM system with all relevant information.
  • Booking and Managing Property Inspections: You will be responsible for booking and managing property inspections, ensuring that they are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attending Property Inspections: You will attend property inspections, working closely with our team to ensure that our properties are always in good condition.
  • Managing Safety Certificates: You will be responsible for booking and chasing safety certificates, ensuring that our properties are always compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Invoice Management: You will be responsible for managing invoices and ensuring that they are paid in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Great Communication and Organisation Skills: You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven Property Management Background: You will have a proven background in property management, with experience of managing properties and dealing with tenants and landlords.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: You will have a full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel to our properties as required.
  • Knowledge of Lettings and Property Management Legislation: You will have a good understanding of lettings and property management legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Ability to Prioritise Workload: You will have the ability to prioritise your workload effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Great IT Skills: You will have excellent IT skills, with the ability to use a range of software applications, including Word, Excel and CRM systems.
