  • Establish and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors, such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots.
  • Raise internal documentation and files as necessary.
  • Process and raise invoices in a timely manner.
  • Verify and query supplier invoices as required.
  • Monitor and track arrivals to ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate collections and deliveries, ensuring adherence to customer deadlines.
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.

**Import Coordinator Requirements**

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of at least two years of experience working in a small to medium-sized freight forwarding company.
  • Experience with importing live pets is advantageous.
  • Focus on air freight operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.

**Import Coordinator Remunerations**

  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000.
  • Company-provided laptop.
  • Overtime opportunities with additional pay.
