Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assisting with sales-related tasks, such as preparing sales reports and presentations
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
