About the Role:

V7 Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Incident Management Coordinator to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within the Service & Maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and assign reactive calls to engineers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with site engineers to ensure timely job responses and real-time updates.
  • Process and manage completed paperwork, taking further action when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide job updates.
  • Ensure all completed calls are accurately costed according to contract terms.
  • Promote company services and maintain compliance through software updates.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Team-oriented with a drive for success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Desired: Administrative qualifications and industry knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a desire for continuous learning.

Working Conditions:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
