We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inclusion Services Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the Interpreting and Translating Services, ensuring seamless coordination of telephone, email, and electronic diary bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the Interpreting and Translating Services, including coordinating meetings and taking minutes as required.
- Booking Coordination: Coordinate telephone, email, and electronic diary bookings for the NUH interpreting service, allocating freelance and volunteer interpreters to bookings based on set criteria.
- Diary Management: Use MS Outlook and Excel to maintain an up-to-date diary and record of interpreting bookings, monitoring demand and making adjustments as necessary.
- Communication: Possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly MS Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
