About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our established sales team at TenAV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including IT Directors, Facilities Managers, and Office Managers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are always at the forefront of the audio-visual market.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within a technology background, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the AV market and a keen interest in technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Full, clean UK driving license and own transport.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working with office fit-out companies, contractors, facilities managers, and IT teams.
  • Background in the audio-visual industry or IT sector.
