Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team, eager to contribute to the ambitious growth of our organization. As a National Account Manager at TenAV, your primary clientele will include IT Directors, Facilities Managers, Office Managers, as well as office fit-out companies and contractors.

Experience in engaging with these key decision-makers will be instrumental in developing your own client portfolio. TenAV offers a substantial database of current, past, and prospective clients, giving you a significant advantage in quickly establishing your customer base, with incoming inquiries for quotes directed to you; this allows for the potential to start earning commissions promptly. We prioritize relationship-building over cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Engagement – serve as the primary contact for your clients, act as the main sales liaison, prepare quotations and schematic drawings, and respond to sales inquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain weekly reports and manage your customer base, including renewal and support services.
  • Collaborate proactively with the marketing team to enhance existing business relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • Deliver face-to-face, written, and verbal support to customers and colleagues throughout the sales process.

Key Requirements

Essential Experience

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology-related field, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong interest in technology and a comprehensive understanding of the AV market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to personal transportation.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working with office fit-out companies, contractors, facilities managers, and IT departments.
  • Background in the audio-visual industry or IT sector.
