We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders within the organization, including HR, finance, and management.
  • Oversee timesheet management, ensuring accurate and compliant records.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll systems and regulations.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to perform complex calculations and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and software, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
