Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on Dyson products, comprehending their features, benefits, and uses. Share this expertise with customers to assist them in making informed purchasing choices.

Customer Interaction: Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing a personalized and inviting experience. Attend to their needs, respond to inquiries, and offer customized solutions.

Sales and Demonstrations: Proactively promote and demonstrate Dyson products, highlighting their unique features to drive sales and generate excitement.

Store Presentation: Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, making certain that products are well-displayed and easily accessible.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and report any discrepancies in stock.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues to guarantee a seamless customer experience and partner with external retail associates to create exceptional experiences.
